Its still seventy-one in my mobile home,

Weird things people name stuff,

Mobile was something that hung from the ceiling,

Cause it moved,

A mobile home one would expect wheels that propelled something forward,

In Iowa its illegal for a mobile home to have wheels,

So if something is removed then its name should change but it doesn’t,

Still mobile home,

It costs nine to twenty-five thousand to move a mobile home,

Mobile homes don’t move alone they are pulled,

So why are they not called pulleys?

Banks see our homes as without worth,

For that reason I’m leaving my bank this month if a banker thinks people appreciate negative bullshit against them or their first home they need to think !

Were not trash because our homes are metal,

Have a beer with friends,

Make love,

Play the player piano,

Sit by the fire place and remember once more when life was warm with those I’d give my life for,

Then with my orange Chester on my lap,

My dog on the old braided rug by the fire,

See my mom who has come to once more walk with me through the Vail,

My nephews Dan and Craig and their families were visiting and staying in the cabin I had had built for them on my one hundred and seventy acres in Sawyer County in northern Wisconsin.
