Like fall

Miss so much,

Today I sat restful,

Watched the trees,

Watched the tops,

Wondered when Windows will have to close,

My goal was Lake Superior this year,

The trees never seem alone,

The meadows alight with life,

A hawk flies high far up in the sky,

Garbage truck is just going now,

When on time garbage is collected about six am,

Chickens done,

I eat eggs and chicken,

I make peace with me I never knew the egg or the chicken,

I eat beef hope to one day say I don’t,

Poor can not afford Veggan,

I have known cows gentle sweet souls,

I never eat cows I know,

Don”t eat calves or lambs or sheeps or horses ,

I scream from time to time,

This afternoon someone tossed kitty food all over the floor,

I had two Books going out,

Got them in post on time,

Off to North Dakota goes Snoopy and Red Baron and one other,

Like Fall life changes,

I realize little change is still change,

But I want a living,

Not a sprinkle,

I want my home in my Wisconsin north woods,

I want to still sell books,

But so much more,

Friend sent me notification of Walmart sale,

I have no money for more of anything,

If I knew when mom died things would not be just ever again I would have said sorry I can’t help you or even if it meant friendship.
