Sick to death of heat,

This year northern Iowa,

Summer started in bits,

Heat in March part of Winter,

We had our first tornado in March,

Abnormal amount if rain in April,

May our first taste of ninety Ever in May,

June so many days above ninety,

July two days near one hundred,

August a day over one hundred,

When I was in High School in the seventies the highest we reached Waukon,Iowa the tail end of August was eighty-six,

Today the tenth August eighty-six,

This morning sixty-three that was nice,

That was normalish(Val word)

And so many G.D. Flies,

Have a safe blessed rest,
