The look

Remember that song,

The look of love,

Well my Black cat is hungry again,

He rises from sleeping in a room with no virtual air where I sit,

Looks around,

Looks at me,

Wanders over for a drink,

No longer cool,

Hot like the room,

When it wasn’t like water to make tea Mr. Black wasn’t interested,

So tough!

My ice water also melted between my thighs,

Big surprise,

I’m sweating again,

Black and Sadie who L -o -v -e -s him still laying down ,

So Black wanders over to the smallest cat food for indoors cats I have,

Looks at it,

Looks at me,

Fakes me out by rolling a bit around in his mouth then spitting it back into the bowl,

No dog under the table to eat what Mr Black sees as beneath him,

Reminds me I promised him earlier Salmon,

He didn’t come when called,

I went to Walmart for trash bags,

The kittens are on my last nerve!

They throw my new red can on the floor,

Wander inside,

I yell “don’t you dare break my new can;”

Its like Dead body ,

So frustrating,

Black got canned cat food Walmart only had two kinds with out juicy cat food the juice gives him the shits,

I got two cans because Chester the baby doesn’t care the food was gotten Only for Mr Black!

The second can is like a hush puppy

As a historian who studied to teach I smell a lesson coming,

Hush puppies are little corn bread to feed the dogs about two hundred years ago in the south when kitchens were out back.

That wasn’t just in South wealthy land owners in Wisconsin had kitchens out back too.

Food was carried in from out back,

The idea was feed the dogs get all food to the wealthy ass slave owners tables,

I am so pleased my first relatives who sailed to America in the sixteen hundreds were Quakers escaping persecution on mom’s side of the family to come to these shores settling in PA and VA settled by Gettesyburg,PA,

Farmers ,

Now he has returned to the box of books Teddi sits on,

Mr.Black isn’t liked by anyone but me little Chester and Sadie,

Yesterday Teddi had returned to the box,

Black had started Clinging to my left breast,

As of yesterday day he rarely moves from the black tub of books,

Fear Teddi will return to that tub,

Wow had a breeze,

Time for Salmon and Lox and Potato for me,
