A small town trust

Even when it’s illegal in other places,

And more likely it’s illegal and small places,

I am forever seeing cars the engines running locked up all alone park,

In the winter you see it all the time,

People run out,

Hop in the car started,

Zoom back in,

And now a winner in Northern Iowa,

It is not safe,

It is not wise,

Besides that it’s cool as the north pole,

Even rabbits zoom outside and then back inside,

But in Iowa it’s against the law start your car so it can warm up alone without you in it,

It’s a stupid law,

And this day and age who can you trust,

I’m at Independence library right this second,

I would love to meet the little girl a little boy who thought it was safe enough to just leave their roller skates outside the main door at the library,

Maybe no one has darkened their door or leaked out that it is not and I deal thing to do,

I would hate to see those skates go missing,

We know that it happens,

Within this last month,

At the camera Iowa greater Community Food Bank,

They had recently got five carts,

For years people who work there have towed it up banana boxes of food,

Way of service to those of us who go there,

It’s not easy they’re not lite,

So carts were purchased,

People get shot when it was their turn and gather up their food for the week and will their cart to their car and bring the cart back in,

Evidently some low life took the card home now they’re only four,

Assess like that makes people untrustworthy innocent alike,

It’s sad, bloody sad!
