Spit will do

When I wake,

I start at first in a small panic,

When I fell asleep kitten was near,

Glasses were on,

Now kittens gone,

Glasses too,

First I imagine they went together,

Then I knew they the glasses had fallen from my hand when I rose,

Love smart phones are like Swiss army knives,

Because they appear to think and have a flashlight too,

No kitten or glasses on the floor,

I rise to go potty,

Kittens in basket by the door,

When I return I search for glasses,

Find a pair,

Not same ones,

These glasses are square,

Dirty lens,

No water near,

I lick the glass,

Wonder what had spilled upon them,

When water is vacant spit will do!

But you will never know what hideous discussing thing died upon the glass,
