Collie left in car,
Windows open,
Folks shopping at Walmart,
Two days ago eggs were $2.46,
Ain’t so no more,
No more,
Now $2.92 one dozen,
Two dozen cheaper,
$3.5?I do believe,

Before easter our eggs were close to $8.00. Mom didn’t even color any. Those were the least expensive at Kroger. I love coloring eggs. So much fun. Didn’t eat them though, back in the day. Not sure the price of eggs here in GA. I don’t eat them. They come out of an animal’s butt. Yuck.
Why are they so high these days?

The highest ever were $1.49/dozen. Usually around Easter .99/dozen.
