Lamb vs. Lion

Mom always quoted,

But I never knew who,

The phrase ‘ March either arrives tame as a lamb or blustery like a lion!’

In my memory it has always been one or the other,

Neither mild and mild,

Lamb and lamb,

Or Lion and Lion,

This lion refered to snow such as a blizzard,

Lamb like April showers,

But old Global warming ,

Neigh humanity screwed this saying over,

We had seventy early March,

Along with the foolhardy notion of spring arrived tornado in northern Iowa,

Tornado three months from Iowa’s first Ever Winter tornado,

Along came another,

Poor Vinton Iowa experienced that,

A trailer park one moment there,

Next that peaceful we community lay in ruin,

If you have is a car and a mobile home,

Sit and wait and pray,

Just like Low Rent housing,

No place to go,

Just sit and die with your loved ones,

Twenty twenty-two both ends of March,

Tame, benign,

So I wonder what this means,

Where to go,

The first week warm,

Tornado day seventy,

Next two weeks winters cold returned damp and bone chilling,

We now sit on the cusp of April,

It is to rain next two days,

I have lowered my temperature to fifty,

Fuel price to rich for my blood,

World War three rushing toward us,

Lets all watch with our eyes pealed,

This is our world,

The keys are in our hands.
