This past month,
You would have Thunk deep February,
So many freezes,Frost and thaw,
Today I noticed in lower left corner,
Front window a smile,
No,not in the window,
Taking place across my face,
Like a big plastic leaf as if pasted with Sherry’s Elmer’s glue big as my head,
Sophie rides it like a toy,
There it sits,
Laminated there,
Like an Amish no picture is needed,
Because with this little poem,
Memory is forever made.
