So many children,

Today I spoke,

Tomorrow I meet,

A woman whose destiny changed,

Love of thirty&five years,

Empath,writer,poet,

As a youth was homeless,

Slept in garbage because bins,

Under bridges,

On the pavement,

Had it tough,

Was adopted by a man that raped and did time for sexually assaulting his daughters his own daughters,

The four legged creatures and those that fly owe this lady much,

Out of love she runs Rolling Thunder Wildlife sanctuary,

I’m borrowing a live trap there tomorrow,

So I can attempt to rescue a kitten,

This extraordinary lady shared a bird rescue story with me,

So cool,

Her story like so many others scream to be shared,

Extraordinary people bless us ,

I only hope to honor her,
