So sad. Why don’t you explain it to her about how you do things and the times you do them? Make a time that you can talk to her. Like an appointment and chat for 20 or thirty minutes or how long you want. If she cannot abide by that, then she isn’t much of a friend. If you worked out of your home in an office would she call and talk to you on your work time? Your work at home is the same thing. Let her know your work hours and your sleeping hours. Call her during her sleeping hours and her working hours and see if she’ll like it. Friends don’t bother each other unless it’s an emergency. Being alone and depressed and needing to talk isn’t an emergency every night. At least if I call you in the day time, I do ask if you’re busy or not. I don’t call at night because you work or sleep.
