A premise is as much allocation upon which an idea for a story is based as a location on a map. I have been watching every night a bit of the seven seasons of Once upon a time.
The premise was terrific and original utilities zing many of the master’s masterpieces and yes I’m referring to the creator who lives in mine and other writers heart of hearts, the irreplaceable Walt Disney.
Walt Disney choice to use his network for his brain child and then breathe life into the television series that held a nation captive. It held me for five seasons. See my dilemma as I am keeping the the second disc of the sixth season on pause.
My load of wash was just finished so after hanging it up I cane to my office to share my condumdrum( might be my word, for you see the concept of this lovely masterpiece has changed. Like a sick child took a turn for the worse. I wanted to know why one of the patriarchs the actress who portrayed the lovely vivacious Snow White resigned a season before the last season.
See when I was a kid I was the set designer in my imagination fir Disney movies. And one thing no director ever wants is a main character to quit The writing was on the wall. ABC and CBS even NBC never brings my LGBTQ community into a script unless they think magically we can breathe life back into a show.
You know bring our people out of the closet to save the network. What in the works was wrong with the writers they had. Now babies I read books. In three and a half years I have read give or take three hundred books. Loved Edgar Rice Burroughs, and writers of the Prisoner of Zenda and Twenty those sand leagues under the sea
Neither of those last two books are fairy tales. Tonight we or the writers took pages from “Ali Baba and the forty thieves also not a fairy tale.
The tale of Sleepy Hollow would have worked. Well got to zoom to the kitchen and return to see one or two more episodes. Not waiting for my friend in Florida to call me tonight after telling me this afternoon unless I”m dying she does not care to hear from me. And I am so pleased we never were more then friends.
