When others had cars,

& I none,

I never asked to borrow theirs,

I have a christian neighbor,

Would borrow her churches van,

Then in order for them to get it back,

Use all it’s gas,

Ask for money for gas,

All this summer,

She’d drive my car the two blocks to shower in the campground,

Still owes me money,

Actually last month took my last dollar.

Lesson I learned never tell her I have any money,

Scavenger or christian,

Goodness has nothing to do with trust,

If her car were working she’d still,

Expect to much,

Neighborly ,

Being neighborly is a two way,

You deserve to expect,

Trust and fidelity too,
