Last time at Independence Iowa Library only carring license,
In order get a Library card two forms of ID needed,
A bill proving an address,
And license,
Social Security card not an I.D.
Its like saying Homeless stay clear,

Much of the time Goggles wording does not correlate with what was read,
Correlate means pertain to,
Its fun to laugh when what was read had nothing to do with whats placed in closed caption.
Books should always be assessable to all seeking to read!

However when it stipulates no Address then Public is like irrelevant close caption to the written word.
