Funny you say!
I say too true,
The dark goes on and on,
The sun also rises,
Its like a metaphor for life,
Crush us down,
Like the Sunflowers head,
Rising looking up to the sun,
In autumn Sunflowers alwats put me in mind of WWI soldiers,
Metal helm upon their heads,
Titing down their heads go,
Under weight,
Or time,
Seasons change,
True too,
Then sunflower fields are gone,
But with glee in my heart of hearts I know,
Always Darkest before the dawn!
