Pants matter

When dad were alive

Mom dad called Mother Marian

Calling to dad

‘what are you wearing!’

Dad’s reply ‘A shirt and a pair of pants!’

For heavens sake,

One lesson of take away,

No matter what when rising grab pants,

Today in the kitchen stood I!

Standing long TShirt on,

Pants not with me,

All was well,

Then someone was screaming murder!

Alas it was I,

Top voice,

Bad form!,

Theodore my black and white kitten

Ran up my back leg, jumped on to my bare bum,

Skiddatled up my back!

Ever again Shall I,

Go pantless for a snack dead of night.

Sure no human saw me in my kitchen,

Except my black and white kitten Theodore.
