Two things just two

This week I ate pizza at a new resteraunt in Ossian Iowa.A mom and pop resteraunt. The food was not fast but good and at a descent price. The resteraunt was large . My adopted sister Pat had 2 pieces and I had two with four each remaining.

The pieces were not uniformly cut. In fact no uniforms anywhere. I fear the place is doomed.I worked 32 years food and hotel. The place is a regulation buster from the get go.

I throughly think that a child in short should not be delivering pizza! No hair nets. No plastic gloves. The kitchen is open glass so people can look in I like that. The resteraunt is large and friendly but this is 2019 no longer 1950.

I’m trained in OSHA and was in 1997 trained by Reinhart Foods trained in Serve Safe Management. I think in this day and age all people working in food service should uniformly comply regulation wise.

Sanitiser on all table tops as well as chairs, tables after every meal and chairs during done periods.

The resteraunts name is Two Trees. Upon the same side wall was an American Flag and everyone who lived in Ossian and who served could sign. Down aways on that side of the wall was a hand written note announcing their right to Not serve who they wish.

See being a gay woman I say how the note is interesting instead of the fact that I find that offensive but then I’m struggling to Not be below poverty. To be employee working toward my goals and my own home not on government low rent housing on the railroad track.

Its 12:19 am number three train is about to rumble through. So I bid you a fond adui.
